These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Plato Tribune, a platform that generates AI-powered SEO content clusters and publishes them to your WordPress sites. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Plato Tribune ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Plato Tribune is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO content clusters and to automatically publish that content to the WordPress sites you connect. Features, limits, and availability may evolve over time as we improve the Service.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you generate and publish complies with applicable laws and with the policies of the platforms on which it is published.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
The Service is offered through monthly subscription plans billed in advance via our payment provider, Stripe. Each plan includes defined usage allowances, including content generation and regeneration limits, as described at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
6. User Content and WordPress Connections
You retain ownership of the content you provide and of the WordPress sites you connect. By connecting a site, you authorize us to access it using the credentials you supply, solely to publish content on your behalf. These credentials are encrypted at rest.
You are responsible for the content generated through your account and for reviewing it before or after publication. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process your inputs and operate the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Plato Tribune and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI providers, Stripe, hosting and database providers, and authentication services. Your use of the Service may also be subject to the terms of those providers, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9. Disclaimers and Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing it.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any particular result.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plato Tribune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a manner that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that location, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
